Professional Biography: Adarsh Girijadevi is a consultant with Aramm Legal, He was previously accredited as an Immigration Lawyer at Level 3 (the highest level) and was regulated by the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) since 2013. He qualified as a Solicitor in December 2021. Adarsh is also a supervising senior case worker accredited by the Law Society under Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) quality mark.

Adarsh is a highly result-orientated individual with experience in both individual & corporate Immigration and a specialist in skilled worker sponsor licence applications and advising clients on meeting their day-to-day sponsor obligations. He continues to assist many multinational companies in various sectors in maintaining their sponsor licence and hiring foreign workers regularly.

Adarsh is an alumnus of Leeds Beckett University, having completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in 2019 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University in 2015. Before qualifying as a Solicitor, he also completed the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law. He is also an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and the Law Society of England & Wales.

His language proficiency is in English and Tamil.

She coordinates budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation, streamlining processes for our Legal Team. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in implementing administrative functions and compliance measures.

With their strategic planning and leadership, they contribute to the firm’s success and the smooth functioning of legal operations.

She ensures our firm complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection, licensing, and professional standards. She also actively supports our lawyers in managing client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

With a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for the law, she plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

She has completed her Masters in International Commercial and Business Law (2019) (LLM) and MSc in Management (2021). She is also a Member of Bar Council Karnataka, India.

She is an aspiring Solicitor and assists in a range of cases and has extensive experience in Immigration Law, Commercial matters, drafting, reviewing and managing contracts and agreements, etc. She is skilled at undertaking extensive legal research before drafting legal documents, appeals and judicial reviews.
